Ms. Ukume Tsumba is the Head, Admin./Human Resources Department at the Nigerians in Diaspora Commission.
She plays a vital role in supporting the day-to-day administrative operations of the Commission, applying her vast experience in Appointment, Promotion and various personnel matters.
She ensures timely compliance with regulatory policies and effective implementation of the Public Service rules as it relates to Human Resources.
Her leadership style is quite inspirational and is evident through her problem-solving, critical thinking and people management skills.
Ms. Tsumba holds an M.Sc degree in Innovation Management from the University of Portsmouth, UK.
