HALIMA LAMI ABDULSALAM
She is a senior professional with over 27 years of experience in operations management, human resources, and administration. Currently the Head of the Administration Department at the Nigerians in Diaspora Commission (NiDCOM), she excels in developing organizational policies, managing administrative budgets, improving operational efficiency, and talent management.
With a Master’s in Business Administration from the Nigerian Defence Academy and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management, Halima is also trained in fraud prevention, whole manager, total quality management, and personal effectiveness. She’s also a member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN).
Her extensive background includes key roles at a top-tier bank, where she focused on enhancing operational efficiency and customer service. Known for her strategic insight and commitment to excellence, Halima fosters strong relationships and implements effective change management strategies.
