This is to bring to the notice of the general public, following the publication of an agency “Nigeria Diaspora Trust”, on an online medium investnow.ng that any such trust fund shall not operate without the knowledge and approval of the Nigerians in Diaspora Commission.
Any group or individual that engages in any business transactions with the agency, does so at his or her own risk, and Nigerians in Diaspora Commission would not take responsibility for issues that may arise from such
Individuals or organizations seeking to operate Diaspora related activities are mandated to seek the approval of the commission which is statutorily established by (state the act and date).
